How can I get to this place in pokemon white?

In white there is a little place behind a row of trees by wellspring cave.I see an item in there,but I can`t get in!How do I get in there?Please help!!!

Go south on the route toward Nacrene City. As soon as you get to a bridge with a girl on it, use HM Surf to get across the water. On the left side, should be the area you are looking for. There are a few trainers.
