If you soft reset and a honey tree is shaking does the Pokemon on the tree change?

Let's say I'm playing Platinum. I see one of my honey trees has a Pokemon in it. It's a male combee.

If I soft reset will the Pokemon change?

• Gender
• Nature
• Level
• IVs
• Shininess
