Chances of a Pikachu holding a light ball are 5%, but I heard that if a Pikachu is the first pokemon in the party, the chances are increaced. Is that true?
I think the chances are the same. THe easiest place to find it is in HG/SS and use covet/thief on red's pikahu. otherwise, it's 5% on wild ones since I see you have tagged platinum, DP, and emerald.
