Where's Alder in Pokemon Black?

Well,I went to the top of Celestial Tower and I saw him there.He said,and this part isn't really important,that his pokemon partner died for short.I want to know if he goes any other place in Black.

He does not, Champion Alder is Always at the Poke'mon League.
The Battle Will Never Change Other than the Elite Fours Poke'mon order
The People at the Poke'mon League Never Leave, Other Than, During Story
Mode Alder Will Visit You Several Times.
