Will a Pokemon with Magic Bounce or Magic Coat in play reflect Ailments given to them by Psycho Shift??

Question

Take Cresselia. It knows Psycho Shift and is holding a Flame Orb.

Scenario 1: Opponent sends out Grumpig. Grumpig uses Magic Coat. Cresselia uses Psycho Shift. What would happen??

Scenario 2: Opponent sends out Espeon with the ability Magic Bounce. Cresselia uses Psycho Shift. What would happen??

I'm guessing they would just get burned as magic bounce doesn't reflect pschi shift I don't think and magic coat I'm not to sure.

Tested this on PO with PokemonBlack10 (CREDITS, PEOPLE!), and Magic Bounce and Magic Coat will not block Psycho Shift. Cresselia will be able to transfer her burn to the opposing Pokemon. Here are the PO battle scenes. Bold=Magic Coat. Italicized=Magic Bounce

Cresselia used Psycho Shift!
But if failed!
Cresselia's Flame Orb activated!
Cresselia was burned!
