Where is "the Great Hole" and how do you get to the Bottom In EOT

I think getting o the dungeon has to do with a Wonder Mail password but im not sure

The Great Hole is an Event only area unlocked via Wonder Mail. To get to the bottom, just go down the stairs like any other dungeon.
