If you notice, the egg moves for all of the evolutions are the same, so the only reason that the egg moves are listed, is so that you know that the corresponding pokemon can have those moves through breeding. It is impossible to hatch a pokemon that is in its 2nd/3rd evolutionary stage without hacking.
