Where is the orb to change Giratina's form in Platinum, and where are Dialga and Palkia?

Griseous Orb - Distortion World via Turnback Cave Entrance

Both Dialga & Palkia are at Spear Pillar. Before meeting them, you must have their respective orbs & have spoken to Cynthia's grandmother after beating the Hall Of Fame. Both will be at Level 70.

Adamant & Lustrous Orbs:

Both are found at Mt. Coronet on the 4th Floor. You need:

  1. Surf
  2. Strentgh
  3. Waterfall
  4. Rock Climb

to reach the Orbs. They will be at the top of a waterfall.

Actually you don't need the orbs or to have beaten the Elite Four before getting Palkia/Dialga. How do I know? Palkia was my first pokemon to learn the HM Surf (I didn't even have the 8th Gym Badge yet) and I battled the Elite Four (for the first time) with Palkia.
