Really Good Tank Dialga?

I was just wondering what moves would be good for dialga as a tank?
I have no idea what to teach, since i dont use him often

EVs: 252 HP / 140 SAtk / 116 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

• Stealth Rock
• Dragon Pulse
• Thunder Wave
• Fire Blast / Flamethrower

This might be good, but my dialga doesnt have a modes nature.... In fact, i dont really focus on pokemon natures
