Can I get all the Regigs[Regice,Regsteel,Regrock] in Ruby?

I heard that the other caves collapse after you get 1 of Regigs. Is that true?

You can get all of them.
Regirock - Desert Ruins
Regiice - Island Cave
Registeel - Ancient Tomb
