What are Pokemon in Black/White 2 that you only have a 5% or less chance of finding?

Note 1: Don't take into account Hidden Hollows, shaking grass, bubbling spots, or dust clouds. Also do not include Pokemon that can't be found (unless they are version specific to Black 2 or White 2).

Note 2: If a Pokemon has a 5% chance to be found in one area but a 25% chance (or anything higher than 5%) to be found in another area, do not include it. This does not take into account Pokemon that have a greater than 5% chance to be found through means mentioned in Note 1.
