If a Pokemon with Clear Body uses a move that lowers stats, will its stats still go down?

if you have a Pokemon such as metagross with the ability clear body and it uses a move that will lower stats like overheat will its stats still go down???

Yes, it will go down. Clear body does not prevent self-inflicted stat drops, such as through Overheat or Superpower.
