Difference between the Hair Cutting bros?

Question

Okay, so in HG/SS, in Goldenrod City, in the subway system, as I'm sure you all know, the Hair Cutting Bros cut your Pokemons hair and it makes them more friendly towards you.

My question: Does the Brother that charges you less money (300 instead of 500) gives your Pokemon the same amount of happiness as the one that cuts it for more? Or does the more expensive Hair Cut make your Pokemon more friendly towards you?

The older brother has a higher chance of satisfactory results but when the younger brother has satisfactory results, the happiness increase is to a greater extent.
