I'm not sure of the exact reasoning behind the error, but just ignore it for now. Your post usually goes through anyway, or if you reload the page I think.
Anyway, I have an update to run on our software, maybe that will stop it appearing. If it doesn't, let me know. (Note, the update may be a few weeks away but it will be obvious when it's done.)
