Of course, this is directed toward Pokemaster, but as being an Admin for my blog, which is a Team Blog, you can see anything that people have hidden and such.

Q2A may work differently from Blogger though.

Yes, I can see things that are hidden. The hiding thing is mainly there as a kind of "undo" so instead of accidentally deleting something permanently you can reshow it if you need.
