Suggestion: Add a list of the moves not blocked by Substitute to the Substitute page.

Question

The following list of moves are not blocked by Substitute:

Attract
Destiny Bond
Disable
Encore
Foresight
Haze
Mean Look
Mimic
Perish Song
Psych Up
Roar
Spider Web
Spikes
Spite
Transform
Whirlwind

Sound-based moves are also not blocked by substitute; either include a list on Substitute, or include a link to Soundproof.

Also, the effect description could be expanded to include that it requires 1/4 of the user's HP and will fail otherwise.

Yes, the Substitute page is one of the major ones where I haven't a proper explanation. It's been on my todo list for a long while... I'll get around to it eventually!
