There are Anonymous Posts now?

I was on an editor--or should I say "moderator"-- profile (and Pokemaster's too, for that matter) and it said one of the "Privileges" is "Viewing IPs of anonymous posts". Does this just mean that they can see IP addresses of anything or are there actually anonymous posts? If so, what exactly are those?

Sheesh, I feel like there's a whole new vocabulary to the site now.

The software we use has an option to allow "anonymous" users to post (i.e. you don't need to sign up). We don't have this turned on though, because anonymous posts would be a nightmare.

So there is a "privilege" for it, but there is no situation for it on this site. I'll see if I can hide that one since it's basically pointless.
