There has been quite a few historically frequent users who cared about the TCG.
From what I've seen from PM, TCG content isn't banned from Pokebase in any way, but site data isn't focused on it because the TCG isn't as popular as, or as much of a main priority as, say, the much more popular game data.
That and there are definitely TCG centric forums that do better than Pokebase. <:P
If you want to ask a question about the TCG, just ask it. Even though there aren't that many active users TCG Savvy, maybe those questions will attract potential new users who are and don't care as much about all the game/anime questions, and possibly increase the amount of TCG questions (or, at the very least, the amount of users that answer TCG questions). :P
