Zacian should not run Crunch. Use Wild Charge instead. It counters Kyogre, Ho-Oh and Lugia. Eternity’s is a grear staller mon but if you are looking for a better option use Lugia. For Groudon, instead of Stone Edge, try Rock Tomb to further out speed threats. Instead of Signal Beam, use Calm Mind or Orgin Pulse. And instead of Stone Edge on Rayquaza, use Swords Dance or Dragon Dance.

The problem is I can't find a Defogger in M-Ray - Groudon - Kyogre team. I also can't find a Stealth Rock Setter in Xerneas - Yveltal - Zygarde team. In the seond team - you know -  Arceus is the Dynamaxer. In the first team, I dunno.

That is a weird Arceus if I ever see one. Those aren't viable moves.

Also, don't use Zygarde, it gets defeated by a new metagame king-Calyrex-Shadow. If you have Yveltal, I don't think you need Mashadow, they counter the same thing, and other than countering Calyrex-Shadow, Mashadow doesn't have much purpose. So switch Zygarde to Calyrex-Shadow and Marshadow to Groudon-primal. Try these two sets:

Encore is your only chance! Hopefully your opponent goes for a status move and they have to repeat it for three turns! Toxic poisons the opponent during that three turns. Stealth Rock goes well with Roar and if the opponent spammed something like Nasty Plot or Calm Mind, Roar them away
