Ha! i think nuzlockes sometimes start when u get Pokeballs. it isn't an official rule and i have no clue where it originated but whenever me/one of my friends/a fair few poketubers does a nuzlocke we mostly do that lol

Must have taken forever to write that tho (thanks for shoutout too uwu) so many new nuzlockes, and also u didn't need to win the first rival fight in Red, because the Nuzlocke typically starts after you get Pokeballs... or do you have Pokeballs by now? I haven't played red before as you can tell XD
