It took me until I think March 2020 to get 2k? Then I started gaining momentum after I got 6k, and got another 2k ever month

If you see that, you're more than welcome to just post an answer yourself. It's easier on everybody that way.
There's no real "rule" on what to do in a situation like that -- just do what you personally can to make the thread better. I'd tell experts they can edit the original answer (since it prevents clutter), but it's not necessary at all.
