Explanation: This set should be used for Double Battles. A great partner can be Lapras. Lapras can use Hail, making Blizzard a no miss move during Hail. With Cloud Nine, Golduck doesn't have to take damage from Hail. Because of Lapras who has Water Absorb, it will heal Hp instead of losing it when Golduck uses Surf. If you have a partner weak to Water Types, use Soak on them so Surf won't be very effective on the partner. Wonder Room is to swap Defense and Special Defense should the opposing Pokemon happens to be a Special Wall. Shell Bell is to recover Hp, and with two Pokemon to hit, Golduck should get more Hp recovery than it would get in a Single Battle."

Do you think A. Raichu will be good again if GameFreak adds Rising Voltage back in the game? I think it would with Terastallization, because now it can run Tera Ice and ruin Ground types. Does Assault Vest Great Tusk exist? If it didn't, A. Raichu then it would be a pretty powerful wallbreaker.
