Do u mean pokemon bank for the ds consoles? Because i don't have online for the switch either. But i can get u the beedrill in pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby, Alpha  Sapphire, Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon. Would any of those games work?
