Ability: Hustle
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Drain Punch
- Steel Wing
- Zen Headbutt

While Hustle isn't good on Togekiss, it gets a boost from Choice Band and Hustle. Yes, I know it's gimmiky, which is why I created this set in the first place. (read my about me if you would like to know why)
