Because they're all Gen 4 and take place in Sinnoh, like a trio. Platinum is like a third, better version, an updated Diamond and Pearl, I believe. Like Emerald is to Ruby and Sapphire. I suppose then I could group Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, and Ultra Moon together as well because they're Gen 7 and Alola. But yeah.
