Quick question, with all the LC moveset questions being asked lately (all of them by the same user and formatted improperly), how would you feel about restricting who can ask them to Expert+ users?  If someone wants them asked, just post on an Expert+'s wall.  This would allow for the spacing and formatting that currently lacks.

I know I'm not Expert+ lol, but I personally think it's a good idea. I've been kind of annoyed at the wrongly formatted LC moveset questions tbh. Also, do you think that of the recent LC moveset questions that have been asked recently are for viable Pokemon in LC or no?
