~Laty's Guide To NewFigs For Getting Accepted On DB Community~
Hay! Greetings! I'm Laty and this is my guide to new users to get accepted in our community, We've had A lot of rejected users who are ignored all the time by our active users, either because they're boring or annoying, I'm making this guide for those new users (up to 3-4 months depending on how active they are in chat) to get accepted in our... Eh, Fabulous community ^-^'
Guide To Get accepted:
It is really important that you read those ehrm "rules" we have to accept a member, Note: some users are really Nice (Ej: -Flamey-, MeepTheMareep02) so don't think we all are going to be the same... Sadly.
-first of all, we all know THIS IS a pokemon based site, and it was designed for trades/battles But lately users rarely battle/trade yeah they still do so, but not all the time
-DO NOT talk too much about trades/battles if you see no one is replying with a pokemon topic drop it, and do not be annoying is no on replies to your trade question it means no one has what you're looking for WE DO not ignore posts (tho some users do)
-Don't be a butt, respect elder user's opinions, Homophobics/Racists/sexists are not welcome here, we rarely report someone but WE have done so for this
-Please DO NOT be an annoying kid, we know this site attracts many little kids (8-14 years old) but please, do not spam/post nonsense (Example: hey I farted lol) this is seen as being low intelligent, we have users here of 11-13 years old who behave better than adults so please avoid this, also please do not be a Fun-Killer, we know we break some rules at times like RP but that's an old rule "Always Prefer RP than Rip" so don't be like "hey you are breaking the rules >:("
-don't be an attention seeker/whore, posting something like "hey notice me! I'm mad now! Notice me! Raise hand who is being ignored, me" this is annoying as you have no idea, users will dislike you and ignore you even more, oh and whatever you do, please do not get mad and spam chat this may get an user to call a mod and report you, then Ban
-Cancerchat: this is something we are working at, we ALL Know this needs to end, so more users will get one, as we are still working on this please do not bring more cancer to this place, (Example: Lewd stuff)
-Users acceptance: as for how things are RN very few new users are accepted by our community of active users, we have reasons, but don't worry if you read this and act cool, you'll be accepted, we've had some 1-2 weeks users that are accepted already
Laty's Acceptance: like the rest, I'm not fond of being super nice to newbies, but I have my reasons, sometimes you'll see me acting strange, don't worry I troll a lot, but sometimes I behave and act properly, even well-mannered, like any young adult I have problems, so that makes me salty sometimes, don't worry I'm /usually/ nice ^-^
After reading this you may as well get accepted, I know this as I am an accepted active user, (It'd be a good idea if other Old active DBer's could post this on their walls/add stuff so that new users could get accepted, and not being annoying-hated DBers, but accepted newbies, ok I guess that's all for now, thank you for reading!
