hey man i was wondering could i get promoted to expert?

I've noticed that you were figuring about promotions. I'd like to ask if I'd be the best candidate for Expert. Also noticed that RMT counted towards this level-up. I rarely use it, but does it matter? My pts for Base are 3810, Meta's 466, and only 20 for RMT. .-.
