the devs posted in the discord asking if they should give elliot his scooter when using rush hour (exclusive to the milestone skins)
yes, they did the thing with guest1337 where he got updated animations but no new milestone skins, so my logic here is kinda bogus but in my defense i think he's still getting new milestones because have you seen ms2? that is in NO WAY resembling an army general whatsoever :sob:
