just checked and turns out fini gets defog as a level up move

yeah as Y pointed out turns out only Lele is broken
but the future is bright for the island guardians, except for Fini which has Defog taken away, Toxic removed as a TM, and gets nothing really useful from the IOA move tutors or TRs/TMs

Yeah ik im simply pointing out that Koko and Fini didnt get that huge of a buff with the terrain tutors. Rising Voltage Koko is good but as I stated it gets CC so physical Koko will become a thing
