Okay Recover it just learns, Toxic and  substitute  Are TMs but Power-Up Punch is transfer only any suggestions on replacement? I’m gonna slap the other three in it now XD

My Medicham, Gwydion has a Bold nature is that any good? And i have a million EV wings which if any should i use? And ine more a moveset right now he has all his reg moves with the.  Exception  Of  Energy  Bal which i justused to replace it’s nirmal type move it came from ultra space sk not HA. I hope you don’t mind my asking.
