I got a regular Piplup in WT IKAY? Just a few minutes ago i got a Speed Boost Torchic. I was wondering if there was some way to give Piplup offspring HA, it’s confusing because you can get both Torchic and Piplup from Island scan  technically  But i read Island scan mon were HA locked. So how does one get HA Torchic but not HA Pipkup? Oof i guess that’s TWO questions really what i need to know is
Can I get HA piplup offspring?
