Okay well you told me to rate this so :D and again, sorry JCM but you'll have to be quicker I'm afraid. This team looks pretty solid, but there's still a lot that can be done to fix it. There's some major problems (offensive torkoal?!) and some minor things. I don't want it to become too standard though, as I know you're still fond of being called a PokeHipster lol. Anyway let's get right in!

Tauros

Stone Edge over Iron Head (or Zen Headbutt if you have since changed it) because Earthquake covers all Rock types & it doesn't even outdamage a neutral Return.

Throh

I could never get this guy to work, I prefer Gurdurr because of his access to Drain Punch & Eviolite, but Throh has CIRCLE THROW! Honestly, use that, it's awesome. You'll have much more success with a resto chesto set, after you've bulked up a lot. I honestly think you should replace Payback, you'll lose to most Psychic types anyway as long as they don't overpredict like I did. You should also go with a Sassy nature for that full on special bulk.

Throh (M) @ Chesto Berry
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Bulk Up
- Circle Throw
- Ice Punch
- Rest

Skuntank

Looks good, I prefer Black Sludge or Lefties on him because Life Orb doesn't help you nail many KOs that I can think of, maybe full HP 252/252+ Musharna but she'll take enough damage to not counter Throh any more.

Seadra

I honestly don't like this thing, it's setup fodder to anything with half a brain especially SD samurott which is never a good thing because it can sweep your team after a boost. At least Alomomola can Toxic it and attempt to stall it out with Wish & Protect which is cool. It's a pretty basic set, just no Knock Off because then it's also helpless against anything with Sub except like a Ralts or something. xD

Alomomola (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Waterfall

Mr.Mime

I like what you've tried to do with this but as a dual screener he's way too frail and doesn't get many safe switchins at all. He's outclassed by either the more bulky or more versatile Psychic types in NU. He's also complete Pursuit fodder (especially with no speed investment.) I'm not even sure what the point of dual screens is on your team, without frail setup sweepers like Belly Drum Linoone or Shell Smash Gorebyss, they're a waste of time really. I'm sure you've heard it all before but Musharna fits well in your team completing the offensive fighting/psychic/dark core, and also your only real counter to Banded Sawk since it 2HKOs Alomomola after Stealth Rock, even with a turn of Leftovers.

Musharna (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Signal Beam
- Moonlight

Torkoal

I'm gonna be honest here, Torkoal is really bad. It has like 0 offenses forcing it to rely on Yawn to not be setup fodder, and with no reliable recovery all it really does is spin and then get 2HKOd by most attackers in the tier. It can't even spin against any ghosts in the tier, you're better off with Armaldo who can actually pose a threat to the things blocking its rapid spin. That said, your team doesn't need a spinner really, you have no weakness to Stealth Rock (except this guy lol) and Skuntank absorbs Toxic Spikes as it switches in. I think a nice replacement would be Cradily, who can also set up Stealth Rocks and absorb water moves. He also has reliable recovery (shock horror!) and can actually pose a threat with his moves (wow!) lmao. Anyway.

Cradily (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 44 SAtk / 212 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Giga Drain
- Toxic
- Recover

Conclusion

A solid team, I hope my suggestions have helped improve it. We'll have to have that rematch sometime :3
