Frosslass - Looks ok, but you need 3 things:

  1. Taunt > Substitute
  2. Pain Split > Rest
  3. Focus Sash > Lum Berry

Chandelure - I've got some suggestions here to"

  1. Choice Scarf > Fire Gem
  2. Shadow Ball > Calm Mind
  3. Hidden Power Ice > Hidden Power Electric
  4. 252 Spd > 252 HP
  5. 4 HP instead of 4 spd

Scrafty - Looks good, but I have some things to say:

  1. Lum Berry > Big Root
  2. Crunch > Detect
  3. It is optional but you could use Hi Jump Kick over Drain Punch, but I like Drain Punch better because it serves as recovery and is WAY more reliable. However, Hi Jump Kick will hit quite a bit harder at the cost being rather unreliable.

Togekiss - I suggest a paraflinch set:

Togekiss/King's Rock
EVs: 252 satk, 252 spd, 4 HP
Nature: Calm
Ability: Seren Grace
Moves:
Body Slam (STAB, large chance a paralyzation)
Air Slash (STAB, large chance to amke the enemy flinch)
Roost (Recovery)
Aura Sphere (Hits Steel and Rock types)

Swampert - Looks kinda wierd what with the Water Gem and Scald:

  1. Change 4 Satk to 4 def
  2. Waterfall > Scald
  3. Leftovers > Water Gem
  4. Curse > Hammer Arm

Dusclops - Well, it doesnt look bad but I have a few suggestions for it, including a replacement.

  1. Eviolite > Leftovers
  2. Toxic > Shadow Punch

^ that's what you need to do if you keep dusclops, but I am going to suggest a replacement:

Sableye/Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP, 120 def, 136 spdef
Nature: Careful
Ability: Prankster
Moves:
Will-O-Wisp (Priority with Prankster, great for crippling enemy sweepers)
Recover (Annoying since it has priority)
Night Shade (Fixed damage means that it goes right through screens and boosts)
Taunt (Priority Taunt is just mean)

It is not even funny how annoying that set is, I have used it with amazing succes even in OU. Credit to Spoink fer dis one.

Hope I helped!
