It's going to be super bad as I've used few of these pokemon before.
Feel free to suggest a completely new team if you want. lol.

Mienshao@Focus Sash
Mienshao

Ability: Regenerator

EV's: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 SpDef
Nature: Jolly, +Spe -SpAtk

Moveset:
Drain Punch - Stab and HP recovery
Fake Out - Sturdy? Screw that.
Reversal - OHKO, nope, not with Focus Sash. Then WHAM, Reversal
Swords dance - Increased attack, love it

So here's how it works. Mienshao gets free damage with fake out, and eliminates sturdy or focus sash. Then sword dance while holding on with Focus sash. Increased speed and BAM Reversal.
Unfortunately screwed by those with higher speed or Inner Focus. (Crobat)

Nidoking@Leftovers
Nidoking

Ability: Sheer Force

EV's (Suggested by Showdown): 252 HP, 252 SpAtk, 4 SpDef
Nature: Modest, +SpAtk -Atk

Moveset: All these moves take advantage of Sheer Force (I think)
Ice Beam - Powerful, coverage
Thunderbolt - Powerful, coverage
Sludge Wave - Powerful, STAB
Earth Power - Powerful, STAB

I have never used any member of the Nido family before. Mainly beacause I hate them. But I hear so many good things about that, "What the heck, why not"
Comes in and starts hitting.

Empoleon@Mystic Water
Empoleon

Ability: Torrent

EV's: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpAtk
Nature: Bold, +Def -Atk

Moveset:
Ice Beam - Coverage, good power
Stealth Rock - Entry Hazard
Roar - Roar and Stealth Rocks, meh. I'll take suggestions particularly for this.
Scald - STAB and chance to cripple

Designed to take some hits. No way to take out a water opponent. But roar and stealth rocks will work to my advantage there.

Bisharp@Focus Sash
Bisharp

Ability: Defiant

EV's: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly +Spe - SpAtk

Moveset:
Dual Chop - Coverage
Sucker Punch - Gets those pesky priority moves
Aerial Ace - Boosted Speed and Attack will get those Fighting types. Focus Sash if their faster.
Iron Head - STAB + WHAM

Just like Nidoking. Never used him (Although I don't hate him. Comes in and starts hitting.

Kingdra@Draco Plate
Kingdra

Ability: Swift Swim

EV's: 252 SpAtk, 252 Spe, 4 SpDef
Nature: Modest. +SpAtk -Atk

Moveset:
Dragon Pulse - STAB + Draco Plate, deals with his only weakness without blinkin' an eye
Rain Dance - With Swift Swim it allows me to outspeed threats like Crobat
Ice Beam - I dunno... Coverage
Brine - Double power when he reaches low hp.

I love everything about Kingdra. Unfortunately I haven't been able to use him at all beacause I don't have access to trading stuff. I am a NOOB when it comes to pokemon I've never used.

Chandelure@Absorb Bulb
Chandelure

Ability: Flame Body

EV's: 252 HP, 252 SpAtk, 4 SpDef
Nature: Modest, +SpAtk -Atk

Moveset:
Calm Mind - Set Up for Special sweeping
Energy Ball - Coverage + Absorb Bulb to KO those water pokemon
Shadow Ball - STAB, and a really awesome move for any ghost pokemon
Flamethrower - STAB + awesome

Never used Chandelure before either. But I hear good things. The Ability I'm not so sure on. Sometimes I really wish I had Flash Fire. Sometimes I'm glad I went for Flame Body.

That's my first UU team. The only pokemon who I've really used before is Mienshao.
Thanks for reading!!

I'm not sooooooo good in team rating ._. But I'll recomend somethings.

Try change Drain Punch to U-turn, for Minshao. Now you can switch dealing damage to screw your counters :D Helps you healing with Regenerator also.
For Nidoking change Leftovers to Life Orb and change your EV spred to this: 252 SpAtk / 4 SpDef / 252 Spd and change your Def IVs to 27. Now download fails :D I'm recomending change Thunderbolt or Ice Beam to Fire Blast/Flamethrower. Try a Timid nature too.
To your pinguin emperor change your item to Lefties. Only this.
I'll recomend change Dual Chop to X-Scissor and Aerial Ace to Brick Break or Low Kick. For 2sharp.
For Kingdra I will recommend change the Draco Plate to Splash Plate or Damp Rock. Splash Plate give to ur rain boosted and STAB water-type attack a good debuff. Damp Rock lenghtens the durability of rain to 8 turns. It's your choice. Oh, change Brine to Hydro Pump/Surf. With the STAB water-type move and Dragon Pulse the only one pokemons that would resist his two STAB moves would be Empoleon and Ferroseed and Shedinja. To remedy this, try change the Ice Beam to Hidden Power (Fighting). This don't will Shedinja but if you already has setuped some Stealth Rock, Shedinja can't enter in battle. Forgot this. If you dislike the Splash Plate and the Damp Rock that I have recomended, you can use a Life Orb to give a nice debuff to both Dragon Pulse and ur water STAB of choice.
I'm suggesting change Energy Ball to Hidden Power (Fighting) to get a perfect neutral coverage alongside with Shadow Ball. Mainly for hitting Snorlax, Houndooms and other guys that resist or are immune to both STAB moves.
