Active Stall is a more offensive variant of standard stall. Instead of just being completely unable to act when your foe sends in a deck that easily breaks stall (such as Rain Dance), Active Stall had the offensive might to attack these decks. With the power climb that happens in all TCG, Pokemon are now able to stall while doing huge amounts of damage. This is such a deck. The purpose is to deck the foe, although getting six prizes is always fine.

Pokemon: 25

x1 Conkeldurr: http://serebii.net/card/noblevictories/064.shtml
-I like the chance of decking your foe on turn one. 140 HP, 20 more HP for each Fighting Energy on it, this guy is a beast even without factoring in that four for 80 that has me flip a coin until I get tails and then discard the top card of my opponent's deck for each heads.
x2 Gurdurr: http://serebii.net/card/blackwhite/060.shtml
-Bulk Up is a great attack, a one for 20 that causes attacks to do 20 more damage next turn. So Pound does 80 damage for three energy.
x3 Timburr: http://serebii.net/card/blackwhite/059.shtml
-10 more HP than the others. Added bulk is why I chose it over them.
x2 Golurk: http://serebii.net/card/noblevictories/072.shtml
-A three for 60 that discards the top card of my opponent's deck. Not Conkeldurr good, but still a nice attack for this deck. Or I can just hope for 200 damage with Hurricane Punch. Tack on 130 HP and Electric resistance and this is a solid Pokemon.
x3 Golett: http://serebii.net/card/noblevictories/071.shtml
-80 HP and Electric resistance. Can do 40 damage and confuse for two energy, which is decent. Not too shabby a basic.
x3 Aggron: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/080.shtml
-140 HP and Psychic resistance. A good chance for 90 damage. And an automatic three card discard from the top of my opponent's deck. Might not end up doing as much damage as Lairon, but I can just put it on when Lairon is about to go down.
x3 Lairon: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/079.shtml
-A three for 60. That has the same effect as Conkeldurr's attack. Yeah, this card is going to fit right in. Also has Psychic resistance (which if you haven't figured out, helps with the Conkeldurr line being used.)
x3 Aron: http://serebii.net/card/megalocannon/048.shtml
-Potential for infinite damage is always nice with someone who is lucky on the flip.
x3 Cobalion: http://serebii.net/card/noblevictories/084.shtml
-120 HP and Psychic resistance, a two for 20 that does 20 more damage for each energy on the Defending Pokemon, and a three for 80 that stops the foe from attacking. You'd think this would be a Stage 2, but no, it's a Basic.
x2 Registeel Ex: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/122.shtml
-180 HP and Psychic resistance. Triple Laser can do some damage to the bench. And Protect Charge is a solid four for 80 that prevents 20 damage on Regi.

Trainers: 16

x4 N: http://serebii.net/card/noblevictories/092.shtml
-Drawing yet can also make the opponent draw more cards, bringing them closer to decking.
x3 Pokemon Catcher: http://serebii.net/card/emergingpowers/095.shtml
-You know what it does. Gets out the Pokemon I want to get out so I can screw over my opponent.
x4 Super Rod: http://serebii.net/card/noblevictories/095.shtml
-Gets back Pokemon and Energy, preventing me from being decked for one and getting back important cards for another.
x2 Eviolite: http://serebii.net/card/noblevictories/091.shtml
-Mainly intended for use with Registeel. With it and Protect Charge, Registeel takes 40 less damage from attacks. COmbined with 180 HP and Psychic resistance, this gives new meaning to the word stall.
x2 Cilan: http://serebii.net/card/nextdestinies/086.shtml
-Gets me Energy
x1 Scramble Switch: http://serebii.net/card/plasmastorm/129.shtml
-It's a Switch that works wonders with two Conkeldurr. The first one has all these energies but it took damage from the set up. As it's about to go down I use Scramble Switch and give the Conkeldurr on my bench all those energies.

Energy: 19

x9 Fighting Energy
x6 Steel Energy
x4 Blend Energy WLFM: http://serebii.net/card/dragonsexalted/118.shtml
-Provides either Steel or Fighting Energy

Hmm... Did I ever tell you I skim over deck lists instead or reading them? So anything I spot may or may not be helpful. Just thought I should let you know. ;P
The only thing I can say, just looking at it, good luck spreading those energies around. With only 18 of em, even with Super Rod, it might be good to switch up some things so you can keep energies flowing. Like, doesn't Metal Bisharp recycle energies or something w/ Metal Stream? Idk...
