This team would have the best synergy in my opinion if it was in a sandstorm.
Hippopotas
He sets up your weather and is a great Wall, Tank, Hazard Setteer, and Phazer. Roar phazes sweepers on a safe switch in. It can phaze out Pokemon sweeping such as Axew or Abra seeing as it has bulk in both. The item you give him really doesn't matter as long as it's Eviolite or Leftovers. Eviolite will boost your defenses up by two while Leftovers will give you more HP every turn. Roar Phazes outs common sweepers easily with the bulk given to Hippopotas. Slack Off is paired off perfectly with Eviolite seeing as in order to wall of more hits you're going to need a source of recovery. Stealth Rocks are your hazards for this team. Seeing as he has a lot of bulk he can Roar and Slack Off every other turn to increase Stealth Rock damage. Be careful of Toxic, however, as it ruins this Pokemon's chance of being a great wall.
Ferroseed
Ferroseed is a very good core with Hippopotas in LC seeing as they cover some of each other's flaws. Hippopotas not being able to get toxic'd leads to this guy being a necessity. Predicting a toxic on a switch in on something you would switch into Ferroseed, to make the turn useless, and with the sandstorm up they lost some of their HP. Iron Barbs hurts any Pokemon that tries to hurt Ferroseed. The moves I've chosen have nice synergy. Thunder Wave on the switch in, Leech Seed the following turn, then protect for whenever you need some extra HP. Seed Bomb is in case you get taunted.
Charmander
He works very nicely with Wooper seeing as they cover each other's weaknesses. If a water Pokemon comes in on Charmander carrying Hydro Pump Wooper can absorb that water and use it to it's advantage. I like the idea of 21 HP EVs, that way if you get a perfect 21 hit streak with not hits on you, you can do a lot of damage while taking none. Brick Break covers rock weakness and Crunch is there for flinch hax.
Timburr
Timburr can be your Special Defense/Defensive Tank if he has Bulk Up. Eviolite + 1Bulk + EVs give him roughly 26 Special Defense and 39 Defense. The Bulk Up will also give him the extra attack he needs and can use for sweeping. His attack with one Bulk Up and the Evs will be 42. Mixed with STABs and Super Effective moves Timburr packs a punch. Mach Punch gives you good priority and Drain Punch is a good STAB + recovery move. Ice Punch hits those flying types and Bulk Up is there for obvious reasons.
Sandshrew
This is a sweeping Sandshrew (lol it rhymed) I've set up for you. It runs Expert Belt to up the attacks of Super Effective moves. Sand Rush ups his speed a bit while one Swords Dance get's the sweeper ready. At 36 attack with a Swords Dance and Adamant Nature Sand Rush will make him a really good sweeper. X-Scissor covers Grass types that think they can out speed you, while Earthquakes destroys anything that isn't flying or has levitate or a balloon. Night Slash is here for a coverage move.
Wooper
This Wooper has the best synergy, I think, with Charmander. If you do a bad switch in into a nasty water type with Charmander, switch right back out to Wooper predicting Surf or something. Stockpile makes his defenses skyrocket, mixed with these EVs. Toxic scares away Set Up sweepers. Recover gets you your HP back in case the Set Up sweeper is doing too much, plus it gets their Toxic damage up quickly. Scald is for incase you get taunted.
I've finished my answer now :)
Hope you like it.
