I made this OU team recently but I need some help with it.

Venasaur: looks good, but i would replace with:

Breloom @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Atk/ 212 Spd/ 44 HP
- Mach Punch
- Spore
- Bullet Seed
- Bulk Up
Poison typing on Venasaur is a liability since its only SuperEffective on Grass. Switching to Breloom keeps a Psychic Weakness, but allows you to cover Normal, Rock, Ground, Ice, Steel, Water, and Dark types with the threat of a Supereffective hit, both STAB boosted to boot

Cloister: awesome, but give White Herb to cancel Shell Smash Def/SDef drop.

Gliscor: Good set. consider Facade though with Swords Dance and Toxic Orb Poison Heal trololol

Volcarona: not Bulky Enough to use Roost with a x4 Rocks Weakness, and needing to Set Up with Q Dance. basically, if it needs a Sash, recovery moves are useless.

obviously. but the only common Flying type attacks in OU are Acrobatics, Hurricane, Aerial Ace, and Brave Bird. its not Earthquake or Ice Beam which you will guaranteed see on at least on Pokemon on EVERY team in OU.

and Breloom has Spore. 100% Acc Sleep? most Flying types have a secondary typing that negates Fighting resistance in OU (i.e. Skarmory's Steel cancels out Fighting Resistance from Flying). So Spore on something like Skarmory, Aerodactyl, can be 2HKO'd by Mach Punch, and catching a Landorus in Rock Polish can even possibly OHKO with a 5-hit Bullet Seed (Ground cancels Flying resistance to Grass).
