Mega Beedrill is so frail it hardly needs Roost as a sneeze from a Shuckle would OHKO it. Some viable replacement moves include: Drill Run, Pursuit, and Knock Off. Pin Missile offers nothing except a higher luck factor or perhaps break through subs and sashes but that doesn't excuse Pin Missile possibly doing laughable amounts of damage. I would recommend another bug type move as having Fell Stinger as your only bug STAB is unacceptable. Either U-Turn or X-Scisor would work. U-Turn would allow you to activate your opponent's Focus Sash and then switch into Weavile, and have them prock your Focus Sash. Then go for Ice Shard and thats one sweeper dead, but that is admittedly a very roundabout and unconventional way to go about countering Focus Sash/Sturdy users, but Pin Missile was even worse as it ONLY works against Focus Sash/Sturdy/Substitute users. X-Scisor offers 80 Base Power, or 160 with Adaptability, which is much more than U-Turn's relatively low BP of 120 after Adaptability. Your Greninja suffers a criminally prevalent weakness to fairies such as Clefable or Mimikyu, and being highly supseptable to being set up on in both examples. (Calm Mind and Swords Dance respectively.) I'd suggest changing Greninja's nature to Naive, giving him 31 IVs in attack, and then replacing Extrasnsory for Gunk Shot. (Also put his last 4 EVs in Attack instead of Special Defense. Also, Expert Belt is very situational and is much less practical than a Life Orb or a Focus Sash. I suggest the first option because the ladder suffers instant removal under Stealth Rocks, and you already have Weavile as a Sash Sweeper. Speaking of Weavile, Brick Break offers little coverage besides rock types, and Pursuit offers much more help in the form of stopping a weakened regenerator user from escaping, or really anything that might benefit from switching. Another good example would be a Latios that locked itself into Psychic. Two status inflicting moves on the same pokemon isn't the best idea because once you use one, it becomes impossible for you to use the other. As Spore is obviously the superior of the two, I would replace Toxic with Hidden Power Fire to stop Amoongus from being walled by steel types. Two Z-Move users in one team is only useful in BSS, and nonsensical in almost every scenario except the one mentioned prior to this statement. Because of this, I would change Arcanine to the standard smogon suggested AV set as Magearna is more dependent on her Z-Move to sweep than Arcanine.
Arcanine @ Assault Vest
Ability: Intimidate
Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP/172 Def/84 SpD
- Extreme Speed
- Iron Head
- Flame Charge
- Snarl
Magearna isn't bulky enough to be a bulky attacker, and serves better as a setup sweeper. Here's what a Shift Gear Twinkle Tackle Magearna would look like
Magearna @ Fairium Z
Ability: Soul-Heart
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 Spe/252 SpA/4 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shift Gear
- Fleur Cannon
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
Focus Blast may be swapped for Hidden Power Fire to better check Ferrothorn and Scisor-Mega and better accuracy but Focus Blast is preferred for much higher BP.
Thank you for your time and I hope that my small additions helped your team to win more battles.
