My team has been doing pretty well, mostly because of an absolutely devastating array of offensive behemoths with only one Pokémon having their respective attack under 129 (Shaymin) Although there is one problem with this team that I think is fixable, but I'm not sure how. On paper, to me, Tyranitar seems like it'd be a good fit for a bulky offensive stealth rocker but in all except one match it has done virtually nothing except get forced to switch out. Here's the team as of now.

Ant Man (Scizor) (M) @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Def
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Defog
- Roost

MLP (Keldeo-Resolute) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Scald

Castro (Tyranitar) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpA
Brave Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Fire Blast
(Replacement wanted)

Overused Overused (Landorus-Therian) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 24 Def / 232 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off
- U-turn

The Terminator (Shaymin) @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Seed Flare
- Dazzling Gleam
- Earth Power
- Psychic

Bastiodon (Heatran) (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Flash Cannon
- Lava Plume

I don't want a purely defensive stealth rocker (like Foretress) but I don't want a frail rocker either (like Aerodactyl) Please give suggestions!

it may be because I'm not too familiar with competitive battling, but I'm kinda confused over why you have both Hydro Pump *and* Scald on Keldeo... can you explain?
Scald doesn't miss and can burn and still kills a lot of things (it 2hkos standard calm mind Clefable) Hydro pump is really a last resort that has terrifying power, but scald often suffices. Keldeo doesn't have that many other options either.

Perhaps an Offensive Stealth Rock Garchomp is what you are looking for? Garchomp has huge offensive presence, is not slow and does not have a ton of weaknesses like Tyranitar, and it forces a lot more switches in my opinion. Here's a set:

Garchomp @ Focus Sash
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs : 252 Atk/4 SpA/252 Spe
Naive Nature
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Fire Blast

Fire Blast is for frying unsuspecting Ferrothorns and Skarmory.

Thank you, Garchomp seems like it could fit pretty well with my team. I'll try it out.
In the several games I've played Garchomp has been amazing! Thanks so much!!
