My sun counter and hail counter. He can easily set up on and wreak havoc with flame body, Quiver Dance, Roost, and his EV spread. Against sun teams he has sun boosted fiery dance and against hail teams he can either set up for stallers, destroy ice types, or defeat some other common blizzard users like starmie with bug buzz.

Somewhat of a hail counter. He can set up on stallers, and opponents trying to OHKO will not, due to focus sash and an ice type.

Magnezone removes steel types that ruin Kingdra's day and possibly Breloom's. He also has dual screens to make the set up way easier for Kingdra, Volcarona, and somewhat Breloom.
His EVs make sure he always 2 HKOs Ferrothorn and the rest are for defenses.
