Ok here is my first attempt at a RMT.

Hippowdon
Hippowdon
Fine i like it, good job on that!

Scizor
Scizor
Ok i have a few suggestions here. Change U-turn for Bug Bite and Roost for Super Power.
Apart from that nice one SF

Ferrothorn
Ferrothorn
Ok i am going to suggest Ferrothorn over Staraptor.

EV's: 252 Def 252 SpDef 4 HP
Trait: Iron Barbs
Item: Rocky Helmet
Moves:
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Gyro Ball
- Payback

Now this can act as you staller but it can also attack the enemie. Power Whip is coverage against water types.

Jellicent
Jellicent
Another good job. Well done!

Reuniclus
Reuniclus
I am going to suggest Reuniclus over Gengar.

EV's: 252 SpDef 252 HP 4 Def
Trait: Magic Coat
Item: Leftovers
Moves:
- Calm Mind (It was always going to be there :P)
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Recover

Now this is your proper staller and all round power house. Magic Coat prevents Status, Hazards and Weather. Use Calm Mind to set up and then Baws with Psychic or Shadow Ball. Recover is there to heal along with Lefties.

Crustle
Crustle
Fine, just fine. :P

Hope this helps! ^.^

team is Hugely weak to sun teams, mainly Venasaur with HP fire and giga drain...

Screw hippodown, go with tyranitar.

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Trait: Sand stream.
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Naughty Nature
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Pursuit
- Aerial Ace

Scizor shouldn't have roost, he will still get killed so go with superpower.

Staraptor is good.

Jellicent lets you take water blasts for your other pokes so I like that b

Get rid of gengar s confuse ray and give it focus blast, letting it take dark types.

Ahhh crustose. I HATE HIM.

Lets replace him with

Landorous@ choice scarf
Trait Sand Force
Nature naive
Evs. 252 Atk. 4 sp. Atk, 252 speed
Earthquake
Stone edge
U turn
Hp ice

hippowdon is better
That, good sir, is a matter of opinion.

Italic and Bold = I recomend to change.

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 SpDef / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Careful Nature (+SpDef -SpAtk)
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Fang

I prefer go with more SpDef because basically Water-, Grass-, and Ice-types use SpAtks like Surf, Giga Drain and Ice Beam respectively. Careful boosts more SpDef as you can see. Earthquake gains STAB. Ice Fang may take Flying-types pokemons and Air Baloon and Levitating pokemons too.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 132 SpDef / 124 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk -SpAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Roost
- Swords Dance
- Bug Bite

I prefer defensive to raise his survivability and go Swords Dancing to raise his Atk. Bug Bite gains STAB and can eat the berry of the oponents.

Staraptor @ Life Orb
Trait: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Close Combat
- Roost
- Double-Edge

With Reckless Double-Edge is fatalic like Brave Bird.

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 SAtk
Mild Nature
- Recover
- Toxic
- Protect
- Giga Drain

OK. But I prefer use Nidoking:
Nidoking @ Life Orb
Ability: Rivalry
Nature: Adamant (+Atk -SpAtk)
- Dragon Tail
- Attract
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
Dragon Tail forced the oponent switch dealing a bit of damage. Good with Stealth Rock and Spikes in the oponent's field. Attract is for female pokemons that Rivalry is bad. Earthquake gains STAB and is his main move. For Grass-, Bug-, and Flying-types that Earthquake is bad use Fire Punch.

Gengar @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
- Confuse Ray
- Sludge Wave/Bomb
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

Sludge Wave gains STAB. If you can't get it use Sludge Bomb. Focus Blast is for Dark-types.

Crustle @ Wide Lens
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- X-Scissor
- Earthquake
- Rock Blast

Go with X-Scissor. It gains STAB too and have better PPs. But I prefer Ferrothorn with this moveset:
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
Nature: Brave (+Atk -Spd)
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpDef
- Leech Seed
- Spikes
- Ingrain
- Gyro Ball
Leech Seed, Ingrain and Leftovers... It heals 3/16 of HP at the end of each turn. Spikes is other entry hazard doing damage to the oponent upon entering the battle. Gyro Ball gains STAB and helps if the user is under the effects of Taunt.

Hippowdon runs a better Physically Defensive set than Specially Defensive, and running no Atk EVs on Scizor is rather a fail. U-turn would actually be preffered on Staraptor because Double Edge hits with the same power and basically the same coverage without being SE on anything. Attract is not a really a good move for Nido considering all of them coverage options, also with Nidoking the team gets destroyed by Ice types. Ingrain is not a good choice for Ferro.
