My First and possibly last RU team!

Question

Ok i hate RU. I am rubbish at it. I hate the Pokemon in RU. Did i mention how much i hate it?
Anyway despite all the hate (Let the hate flow...) i cungured up all the strength and courage to make a RU team.

RU is a bad tier, because when a Pokemon in the tier looks good on paper, it has many fatal weaknesses. Like Scyther. It can pack one hell of a punch, but it's health is taken away massively by Stealth Rock. Magmortar has amazing special attack, but it's weak to entry hazzards and doesn't have many good abilities. However, RU can be redeemed by having such awesome Pokemon like Gallade and Durant.

Last post for me forever. Ru is called rarely used for a reason lol. The pokes arent just bound to be good like ou lol. They are going to have weaknesses. OU is over used and UU is underused for a reason. Ru the pokes are supposed to be weaker just like nu.

Sorry I know I'm very late. This is one of my first attempts at rating a team so, I'll try my best. I'll start with Scyther.

Scyther

Scyther, known far and wide for it's ability. I see you're utilizing it, but what's the point of Air Slash? It doesn't make use of the ability. You can switch it for Aerial Ace which will, if I'm correct, Technician will bring Aerial Ace to a 90 BP, same as Air Slash. On top of that, you'll have infinite accuracy with it. Don't put Swords Dance. You're running Life Orb and EVs and Nature take care of Attack.

1. Take out a Life Orb and put Leftovers instead.

   Spiritomb

   No item on Spritomb? You can try Leftovers. Why do you have Sleep Talk if you have to sleep inducing move? Switch Sleep Talk for Shadow Ball (STAB + Good Power + SE vs. other Ghost types). Switch Mild Nature for Modest nature as you're not using attack.

   Aggron

   Why Iron Defense? His Defense is already indescribably good. Switch for Stone Edge or Rock Slide whichever you like. Switch Sturdy for Heavy Metal so Heavy Slam becomes more powerful. But yeah that's all I have to say for Aggron.

   Manectric

   Switch Lightningrod for Static. No one in there right mind would use an electric move on Manectric. Static will paralyze them. I noticed you have Crunch and Swagger. Swagger is a very risky move as the confusion may not work at all and the opponent's attack is still boosted. Crunch won't be good on a special Manectric. If you still want a dark type special move, you can go with Hidden Power Dark or Snarl (HP Dark recommended). Instead of Swagger you can have Ice Fang for ground types. Main reason I don't want Swagger there is because with your Life Orb you'll just die faster.

   Cryogonal

   Don't give Cryogonal Acrobatics because it's clearly meant to be a special Pokemon but you're making it mixed. Switch Acrobatics for Slash (High crit ratio, not much else in the movepool) and switch Flying Gem for Leftovers.

   Quagsire

   First thing I noticed: Ability. Make the ability Unaware, it's a great ability and has helped me several times. Switch Absorb Bulb for Leftovers. I can see you're running a Stockpile set so that's good. The Quagsire is fine mostly.

I fixed up some mistakes in calculations. 60x1.5=90 not 75 ;) the origional number +1/2 the origional number is 150%. Also though you did the correct thing to suggest Areal Ace I beleive he made a mistake. As he is using Smogons standard set, he probably just clicked Airslash by accident. Not that that mattered though. Also before I go, note Scythers horrible special attack and then maybe reconsider Swords Dance as its a good move on Schyther effectivly bringing its Atk to 4x its SAtk :)

I know its one of your first rates but referring to Smogon for sets and ideas is never a bad idea.

Thanks Blob!! I suggested he take off Swords Dance as he already is running major attack boosts with Technician and a Life Orb. Wouldn't using Swords Dance raise the attack too high, making the moves stronger then usual and not activating Technician?

No Swords dance or any boosting moves increase the Atk not the moves Bp :)

Why silver wind for scyther? It has bad Sp.atk
Also, manectric can switch when the opponent uses electric type
moves on his scyther, raising the sp.atk, which is better than static
You also said physical moves are bad on cryogonal,
but why do you give him slash?
Furthermore, I'd give aggron stury and max attack to not get OHKOed by
moves like earthpower, surf etc and attck with greater power
