Hai, so I will be answering. It's surprising, because the sets and the EVs are perfect, but I can see one weakness: Your whole team, almost, will be swept by SubSplit Rotom-F. Nothing can take a hit, except ''maybe'' Combusken, who is still 2HKO'ed by Thunderbolt. Miltank may live a hit, but it has no defensive investment, so it will be 2HKO'ed by Blizzard.
To start, I'll try to remedy your SubSplit Rotom-F, or any variant of Rotom-F, that is, problem. We will replace Golurk for Offensive Piloswine. Here's the set I suggest:
Piloswine @ Eviolite
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spd
Adamant Nature

- Ice Shard

Piloswine can still set up Rocks, and has nice dual-STABs. He counters Rotom-F wonderfully, and is an overall great Electric-type switch-in as he prevents them from Volt Switching all around the place.
I'm not sure about Articuno. It needs too much support. And the best set for him is Offensive SubRoost, so I'd replace HP Ground for Substitute. I think the best replacement here is Scarf Rotom-F. Your team is cruelly missing of Speed.

Offensive Miltank needs 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP, a Jolly Nature, and Life Orb as Item. It should go Double-Edge over Return, and optionally, Punishment over Heal Bell.
I hate hate hate hate hate hate Combusken. It's so frail, it can't even take a hit. The expression ''frail chicken'' must've specially be made from him. We'll replace for the best Hail check in NU, Substitute + 3 Special Attacks Emboar.
