hey skarm. I'll be answering your RMT. This looks like a pretty good team, the movesets are great and I see what you're trying to do with each team member, but the EV spreads and natures are a little weird, so we'll be fixing those up. I also have a few improvements to make for the team's structure. Anyway, let's go :]
Linoone
I like this idea, it's pretty original, but the flaw is that most people know about the Belly Drum set so they'll usually straight up attack you, usually knocking you out. I'd just give it a Sitrus Berry, Gluttony, and Shadow Claw over Switcheroo. If you do feel it works, though, then Choice Band is definitely the better option, as it lets you revenge kill in case you haven't dumped your item. Also, Jolly nature is much better than Impish.
Audino
Not bad, not bad... although change the EVs to 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def or 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef for more overall bulk. Surprisingly you got the nature right on this one ;]
Sawk
Yep, pretty good. However, I highly suggest switching him to a Choice Scarf. You'll see why later. Also, make him Jolly.
Uh, great... I guess? Not a huge fan of Relicanth. If you want a Water type that can set up hazards, then Carracosta and Eviolite Omanyte are probably better. However, if you keep him, I'd give him 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef. Also, the moveset's weird. Stealth Rock, Head Smash, Waterfall and Toxic are the way to go.
Eelektross
Sorry, but Scarf Eelektross sucks. It has to give up its great coverage, and also barely outspeeds anything unboosted, let alone stuff at +1. And what's with all attack EVs on a mostly special moveset? And Impish? Why?! xD Okay, complete redo. Leftovers, 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 Def, Acid Spray, Thunderbolt, Giga Drain, Flamethrower. That should work a lot better.
Flareon
Flareon is a good pokemon, and it's cool that you're using it, but it doesn't really have a place on your team. Audino can already pass some nice big Wishes, and Emboar outclasses Flareon in an offensive role, so he's a good replacement.
