I don't have that much of an experience in monotype, but I can see that this team isn't going to perform too well. I know that this is a mono Ice team, but you are royally screwed by something known as Stealth Rock. And you need a way to deal with the massive Fighting weakness. At least something.
Obamasnow:
Woahder, what happened...Outrage? Weird EVs as well. Note that many mono Ice teams are heavily special; so we'll make Abomasnow more on the physical side.
Abomasnow (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 188 HP / 252 Atk / 68 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Ice Shard
- Wood Hammer
- Earthquake
- Protect
Very simple set. Ice Shard is STAB and priority, and messes around with those annoying things called Dragons for damage. Wood Hammer is also STAB, and hits pretty hard along. And you have Leftovers to recover recoil. Earthquake allows you to nail any Fire type Pokemon switchins. Protect is to scout the opponent's moves, as well as extra hail damage and recovery from Lefties.
Regice:
Note that Ice Body has not been released yet. And when I'm done rating this, you'll have a staller here in its place, Ever heard of StallRein? Annoying piece of...
Well, I'm recommending it here, as your team does need a bit of defense here. Here's what I recommend:
Walrein (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Ice Body
EVs: 232 HP / 220 Def / 56 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Toxic
- Protect
- Surf
Gotta love dis set. Substitute allows you to avoid status and starts the stalling, Toxic allows you to outlast the opponent by depriving them of health. Protect allows you to get Leftovers and Ice Body recovery, as well as Toxic damage. Surf is for not being complete Taunt bait.
Kyurem:
I love Kyurem. Glad you're using it :P
Your set does need a bit of work, however. Note that you need something fast on the team; Scarfed Kyurem works well in this spot.
Kyurem @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Blizzard
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Fire]
This set takes advantage of Kyurem's base 130 SAtk. I use Dragon Pulse to provide constant damage, as switching in Mono Ice isn't that great of an idea. Blizzard is STAB, and takes advantage of your hail. Earth Power nails Heatran, which causes problems with your STABS. HP Fire is here to demolish other steels.
Vanillite:
Why are you using Vanillite when you have Vanilluxe to use...?
Your team is lacking in both hazards and Physical Attackers. A perfect Ice type for the slot is...
Mamoswine (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Endeavor
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
A nice little semi FEAR to catch your opponent off guard. Stealth Rock provides hazards. Endeavor utilizes the Focus Sash to break through Pokemon, and Ice Shard will usually kill the opponent next turn. Earthquake is STAB.
Weavile:
Weavile's compounding too many weaknesses on the team. Note that there is a Pokemon that can take Fighting moves that is an Ice type....
Froslass (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Blizzard
- Destiny Bond / Pain Split
Spikes support. Spikes allow you to rack on even more damage. Taunt stops opposing status users, Blizzard is STAB, and Destiny Bond helps take down annoying Pokemon. Also, Pain Split can be used here for recovery.
Lapras:
A similar typing and role has been taken care by the team already. You are absolutely screwed by Stealth Rock, as most mono-ice teams are. Thank god that there's a solution:
Cryogonal @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Rapid Spin
- Blizzard
- Recover
- Haze / Reflect
Rapid Spin solves all your hazard problems by removing them. Blizzard is STAB and uses the hail. Recover allows you to survive longer, and Haze can get rid of boosting stats. Reflect can be used to compensate Cryogonal's crappy defense.
