ScarfOgre (Kyogre) @ Choice Scarf
Drizzle
Timid (-Atk, +Spe)
252 SpA/ 4 SpD/ 252 Spe

Water Spout
Ice Beam
Thunder
Surf

This Kyogre is BAWS if it has the chance to be. Water Spout for STAB. Ice Beam for Groudon and dragons. Thunder because it is in the rain. And Surf is For when is HP is dwindling.

Killtwo (Mewtwo) @ Life Orb
Pressure
Timid (-Atk, +Spe)
252 SpA/ 4 HP/ 252 Spe

Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Aura Sphere
Psystrike

King of teh Sea (Kingdra) @ Leftovers
Swift Swim
Adamant (-SpA, +Atk)
252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe

Waterfall
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Protect

Simple here. Waterfall and Outrage are STAB. DD makes you BAWS. Protect is for scouting and recovery.

Scissors (Scizor) @ Life Orb
Technician
Adamant (-SpA, +Atk)
252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe

Super Power
U-Turn
Pursuit
Bullet Punch

He is for soaking electric type moves and then using a proper move to either dispact or wound the opposing pokemon.

Arceus- Grass @ Meadow Plate
Multitype
Timid (-Atk, +SpA)
252 HP/ 4 SpA/ 252 Spe

Calm Mind
Grass Knot
Recover
Earth Power

This guy takes advantage of both the Baton Pass and the weakened fire moves by rain. If Espeon cannot BP him some Calm Minds, he has it himself. Recover for, well recovery. Earth Power for coverage. And Grass Knot to screw Groudons.

Giratino (Giratina-O) @ Griseous Orb
Levitate
Adamant (-SpA, +Atk)
164 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 4 SpD/ 84 Spe

Substitute
Will-o-wisp
Dragon Tail
Earthquake

Only slow on on the team but I bet you know what this does. Yup, Substitute, Then Will-O-Wisp, then Dragon Tail. The Atk EVs are to put huge dents in pokemon who do not resist it.

Kyorge
the moveset is fine; you can also consider RestTalk Kyogre to make it defensive

Arceus-Grass
Ability: Multitype
Item: Meadow Plate
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Speed, 4 Sp. Atk
Nature: Timid
~ Calm Mind
~ Judgement
~ Recover
~ Earth Power/ Refresh

Judgement > Grass Knot. Grass Knot is usually used for coverage (and it's good in Ubers where everything is fat), but for Arceus, go with its trademark move. Refresh is an option to prolong its lifespan.

(Though, I would say that Arceus normal with Extremespeed will make mincemeat of the opposing team.)

Zekrom
Ability: Terravolt
Item: Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
~ Outrage
~ Bolt Strike/ Fusion Bolt
~ Dragon Claw
~ Volt Switch

I would suggest Zekrom in favour of Kingdra - you might as well get STAB electric moves, and Kyogre already has STAB water moves.

Forretress
Ability: Sturdy
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 252 Hp, 180 Def, 76 Speed
Nature: Relaxed
~ Spikes
~ Stealth Rock
~ Rapid Spin
~ Volt Switch

Espeon is way too frail for Ubers. Get a rapid spinner instead to clear hazards, and I suggest Forrestress.

Scizor
Ability: Technician
Item: Choice Band
EV: 252 Atk, 252 HP, 4 Sp. Def
Nature: Adamant
~ U-Turn
~ Bug Bite
~ Bullet Punch
~ Pursuit

Scizor shouldn't be used to take a hit, it's there to sweep. If you want something to take an electric hit, go for either Zekrom or Giratina.

Giratina
Item: Griseous Orb/ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Def, 8 Def
Nature: Impish
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk
~ Dragon Tail
~ Will-O-Wisp

Giratina should be more of a wall, and go with altered forme. Another wall you can consider is Lugia with Multiscale.

It'll burn shuffle your opponent, and it can also be your anti-spinner.

That answer is not right.
 - Grass Knot > Judgement on Arceus
 - Swift Swim Kingdra works very well in rain
 - Espeon is not bad in Ubers... and Forretress adds to a fire weakness
 - His Scizor was fine and very offensive; Scizors can go defensive too BTW
 - The Orb isn't banned, Giratina-O is an offensive beast
*Grass Knot depends on weight; while a lof of Pokemon in Ubers are obese, Judgement has a more reliable base power caculation.
*I know that Swift Swim Kingdra works well, but there are no STAB electric moves in this team. Kyogre already serves for STAB Water moves. Even if Zekrom is facing an opponent with Ice moves, it can easily switch out with Volt Switch.
*Espeon *is* frail. With a base defence of 60, Scizor pursuit will 1HKO it. The only thing that makes it even OU is Magic Bounce, and even in OU it still struggles with Tyranitar and Scizor being so common.
*Choice Band Scizor is a personal preference, since Life Orb saps 10% of Scizor's health, unless there is Roost; also, I see no point in a defensive Scizor. It's there to sweep, not take hits.
*I was thinking of Soul Dew...
I'm agreeing with taking out Espeon, although not exactly for adding in Forretress.
I've been playing a lot of Ubers (trying to get good enough to beat Hex). I've used Espeon on some of my teams and it really takes certain teams in order to make it worth using, as besides from bouncing back stuff, it is deadweight. And I don't think this team has enough of a problem with that kind of stuff in order to make Espeon worth using. I've used it to great effect on a couple of my teams, but the others I soon just replaced it with Mewtwo or Deoxys.
The other rapid spinners that I feel are viable are Cloyster and Dophan; but Cloyster has a Rock weakness so that's 25% of its health when it switches in, and Dophan would not do well against another rain team. There's always Starmie (coupled with Recover and Natural Cure), but it doesn't have great defences.
Hmm. I will then replace Espeon with Mewtwo
I was gonna answer with the main Pokemon change being Mewtwo dang it :D now there's no point
You need a seperate moveset for giratina-o
