This set is designed to get the weather up and keep it up. Flamethrower is STAB and with the sun it isn't going to be mowing things over but it will be packing a bit of punch. Solarbeam is for maximum power as opposed to Energy Ball, due to the fact that I don't have max SAtk. Sunny Day is for beating the oh-so common Politoed, as most Politoed variants can't do jack squat to Ninetales in the sun. Will-O-Wisp is for crippling things such as Dragon types, Gliscor, Breloom, Tyrnaitar, etc. and really gives Ninetaleles some breathing room by irradicating physical sweepers.

Calm Nature

Heatran is tasked with being the Special Wall of the team, as well as being the Stealth Rock setter. Substitute is for being bulky and what not, allowing him to wall like a baws. Will-O-Wisp is double trouble with Ninetales, and serves as yet more burning, supporting the team by spreading the burns. Lava Plume is STAB and boosted by sun, and allows him to do something when face to face with a taunter.
Keldeo @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature

Keldeo gets the job as the enemy weather counter/late game sweeper. Secret Sword is main STAB and crushes Tyranitar and Abomasnow, as well as other common sand pokeon such as Ferrothorn. Hidden Power Electric is coverage against other Water tyes and Flying types, while Surf is STAB, and can abuse opposing rain. Icy Wind is Ice coverage, and is for hitting things such as Dragonite, Salamence, and Garchomp, as well as lowering their speed if it doesn't KO.

Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk
Adamant Nature
- Weather Ball

The Chlorophyll abuser of this team, Victreebel's job is to set up Growth, and then sweep. Suckerpunch takes down opposing Psychic types and opposing priority abusers. Weather Ball is a Fire type move in the sun, and covers Steel and Grass types. Power Whip is main STAB, and hits very hard with its decent BP and what not.
Rotom-Wash @ Choice Specs

Bold Nature

Physically Defensive Rotom-Wash. Choice Specs allows Rotom to cripple enemy support and boosts Volt Switch to more powerful levels, seeing as there is little SAtk investment. Thunder Wave paralyzes enemies that are not already burned, and supports the team by allowing the slower allies to outpace opposing pokemon that they would usually be outsped by. Pain Split is recovery and works to damage the enemy at the same time, while Volt Switch is STAB and is useful for escaping and such.

Props to those who get the name. As most Cloysters these days run Shell Smash, Cloyster can easily spin away hazards on the turn that the opposing player switches to something capable of walling/countering Shell Smash Cloyster. Icicle Spear is STAB, and takes down Dragonite's Mutiscale and Gliscor's
Substiute. Rock Blast is coverage, and Hydro Pump takes advatnage of enemy rain while hitting physical walls that are expeccting physical moves.
