Uber Sun ( I can't do Ubers...) Please rate and Suggest?

I have got into Ubers recently but my lack of experience in it really shows. So I wanted to ask if you can point out somethings to me? Thank you!

Groudon @ Leftovers
Trait: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
Groudon obviously is my sun setter. I lack support so I gave Groudon SR and Thunder wave to make the teams job easier. it's pretty harsh when I want it to be, Hitting with STAB Earthquake and Boosted fire punch to take care of the likes of Ferrothorn.

Reshiram @ Choice Specs
Trait: Turboblaze
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Blue Flare
- Draco Meteor
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
Many people prefer kyrem-white over Reshiram, but not me. Blue Flare will OHKO almost anything in the sun, boosted further by specs. Draco will again KO virtualy anything. No fool will dare stand against him...

Trait: Multitype
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Judgment/thunder
- Recover
The gods of lightning fail in comparison to this almighty beast. The ultimate rain/water counter, destroying all that oppose him. Who wouldn't quake in fear?

when the weather gets too much I send out Ray here. Although I rather not send out against the weather setters them selves, can still stop the abusers from well... abusing.It's powerful attacks Really hurt allowing me too keep on the pressure.

This team plasma abomination does pack a punch. Flamethrower is boosted by sun. Thunderbolt and ice beam provide coverage and the bug move of choice is STAB. Dangerous little insect...

Judgement>Thunder on Arceus since Thunder is to unreliable in the sun and maybe Solarbeam on Reshiram. Otherwise, great team.

No much suggestions to say

You are missing 4 EVs in Groudon... Put it in Atk.
For Reshiram I would suggest you chagnge Hidden Power (Ice) for Focus Blast.
For Arceus-Electric I'm highly recommending you use Judgement over Thunder.
In Rayquaza I would use Jolly over Adamant but this is your choice.
Gennyyyyyyyyy!!! For this little bug, try use this set:

Genesect | Choice Scarf
Download | Hasty (+Spd -Def)
252 Atk / 4 SpAtk / 252 Spd
U-turn | Flamethrower
Explosion | Ice Beam

A Genesect with revenge killer role or even sweeper role. U-turn allows him to scout oponents, and as well for having a offensive momentum. This move is really important to this set OHKO'ing many things after Download boos. Flamethrower gains boost from sun and hit steel-types very hard. Explosion is other strong move, KO'ing max HP Kyogre, max HP Ho-Oh, Palkia, Reshiram and Kyurem-W. Ice Beam is very useful in the Ubers, since ther are many dragons flying around.

Giratina seems good. Just change Shadow Ball for Dragon Pulse.
