Doduo
Doduo (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 236 Spe / 236 Atk
Naive Nature
- Brave Bird
- Return
- Work Up
- Hidden Power [Ground]

The whole point behind this team. Doduo is fast and hits hard even with out any boost. Brave Bird and Return are two powerful STABs for this guy and paired with Life Orb they can do some real damage. Work Up boosts up both its Attack and its Special Attack, which with this guy being kind of a mixed sweeper is perfect. Hidden Power [Ground] provides coverage against the Rock and Electric types that want to try and come in on this guy though Return and Brave Bird will be more relied on.

Abra
Le Paradox (Abra) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 200 Spe / 240 SpA / 68 SpD
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

Meet the man with the plan. He comes in on hazards and all kinds of things with the Magic Guard and keeps his Sash intact. He's also my solution to a Choice Scarf Gastly as long as he still has his Sash. Pretty basic moveset though; Psychic to hit hard with STAB, Shadow Ball and HP Fighting for coverage. Calm Mind raises his Special Defense and Special Attack but isn't used much unless I get a free chance to set up on a switch out.

Mienfoo
Mienfoo (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 236 Spe / 236 Atk / 36 Def
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Return
- Rock Slide
- U-turn

My favorite scarfer in LC. Hes been in almost all of my LC teams and he is a huge help. Standard set for Choice Scarf Mienfoo. Drain Punch for STAB and healing. Return is just there to be there. Rock Slide is coverage, while U-Turn is also coverage and used for scouting and activating Regenerator.

Misdreavus
Misdreavus (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 240 SAtk / 240 Spd
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

This Ghost type is a pain in the neck to go against. Nasty Plot boost that already amazing Special Attack by a lot. Thunderbolt and Hidden Power Fighting are coverage moves while Shadow Ball hits pretty hard. Her being Timid makes her one of the fastest Pokemon in LC barring Scarfers.

Ferroseed
Ferroseed (M) @ Eviolite
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 188 Def / 148 SpD / 36 Atk / 84 HP
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rocks
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave
- Seed Bomb

My physical wall and Stealth Rocks setter. Obvious Stealth Rocks are obvious. Leech Seed provides constant healing and Thunder Wave cripples. Seed Bomb is STAB and allows me not to be major Taunt bait. Love this guy.

Chinchou
Chinchou (M) @ Eviolite
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 76 HP / 132 Def / 228 SpD / 60 Spe
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Discharge
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

After looking at my team, Prankster Murkrow looked like it was going to give me trouble. So meet the biggest counter to Prankster Murkrow known to LC. Volt Absorb takes in those Thunder Waves and I can provide even more coverage for Doduo. Scald burns things that want to hurt me, while Discharge is also STAB but more importantly so I can OHKO Murkrow and not get walled by Croagunk. RestTalk combo is obvious.

Kyron you should try Bullet Seed. Sub cripples Seed, since its attacks suck.
